GoCary recently visited Greenwood Forest Children's Center to give students a fun, hands-on introduction to public transportation. One of our most experienced drivers, Ms. Priscilla, who has been with GoCary for more than 12 years, spoke with the children about the important places our buses serve and how transit connects people across our community.
During the visit, Ms. Priscilla also shared valuable lessons on bus safety and rider etiquette, teaching the children how to stay safe around buses and to be courteous passengers.
The students enjoyed exploring the bus and learning how GoCary helps families travel safely and conveniently to parks, libraries, and other popular destinations - including the Downtown Cary Park.
Engaging with our youngest community members is one of the many ways GoCary continues to build connections and inspire future riders!
